Overview

Ethos Defi is seeking $5,000,000 in Series A funding to secure financing for a 12+month runway with efficient capital structure and consolidated IP to fund new roadmap features including crypto yielding saving products and saving accumulators, crypto index investments, crypto lending, and learn and earn rewards. The funding includes further investment in Ethos Cortex - the core AI engine for investors, and new AI driven customer acquisition strategies.

This first wave of the Series A funding is open to accredited individual investors with a minimum of $5,000 investment in Class B non-voting shares. Investment will confer "EMERALD" Ethos Defi customer privileges to investors enabling access to 60,000 $Ethos tokens and a 60% trading discount.
